MOAA ROTC Award Certificate

The MOAA ROTC Award Certificate is the presentation document that accompanies the MOAA ROTC medal: a formal cardstock certificate from the Military Officers Association of America recognizing a cadet or midshipman for exceptional potential for military leadership. The landscape design carries the arched MOAA name, the multi-service seal, and the citation line for Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. Chapters and units use it to put the award in writing when they present the medal at a spring ceremony, military ball, or chapter luncheon.

MOAA’s ROTC awards program recognizes one outstanding cadet or midshipman per unit in the next-to-last year of the program. Pair this certificate with the MOAA ROTC/JROTC Medal for a complete presentation, or keep certificates on hand for chapter award nights. Present it with the cadet’s family in the room. Honor the standard, recognize the leader, and pass the torch forward.
