What changes is the build. This one is a lightweight performance hooded long sleeve, so it moves when you move and dries instead of holding water. The hood is there for sun on your neck at hour four of a meet, not for warmth.

Raider season in Florida means August practices and outdoor competitions where the temperature does not cooperate. A one-rope bridge in full sun. A team run where the last person across is the one that counts. This is the layer for those days, the one that goes in the bag and comes out looking the same. Cadets wear it to train, families wear it on the sideline, and either way the name on the back tells everybody there who you came with.
